Local 263 runs a registered apprenticeship program that trains new workers in structural and rebar installation, welding, rigging, and safety. Apprentices earn while they train, receive full benefits, and work alongside journeyworkers on infrastructure, commercial, and industrial projects across the local's Texas service areas.
